[15:06] <norse_grp> The dial has 1-10 on it, it it set to 1 [15:06] <norse_grp> Zim, Lani and Grey translate the scroll [15:23] <norse_grp> They translate the scroll, and when Zim solves it the wall rumbles downwards
[15:31] <norse_grp> Zim turns the dial, and is pulled towards the floor [15:31] <norse_grp> After a moment, the pulling stops [15:32] <norse_grp> They scatter small metal objects around the room, and turn the dial with mage hand remotely
[15:39] <norse_grp> They play with the dial, trying various settings [16:00] <norse_grp> They decend the stairs, and see a blasted corpse. The corpse has an outstretched hand, towards a bastard sword. The corpse is armoured like a southern knight.
[16:02] <norse_grp> Inside the room is a dragon skeleton, with a funeral bier inside.
[16:14] <norse_grp> The dragon moves over to the party. [16:14] <norse_grp> Grey calls out he wants to talk. [16:14] <norse_grp> The battle is joined [16:15] <norse_grp> A person, a woman, is inside the dragon ribcage. She casts spells
[16:49] <norse_grp> During the battle, Zim is sent to another plane via prismatic spray
[16:50] <norse_grp> The party revails, Safranna disintegrating both the dragon and the woman.
[16:50] <norse_grp> Lani summons a small army of demons, and Grey chops everything up.
[17:14] <norse_grp> The female mage cast mislead, but Lani and Grey recongised it, and Grey saw her even when she was invisible. [17:15] <norse_grp> They contact Gwen and ask her to see if there are any plane shifting-type magics available.
[17:16] <norse_grp> She says the shop owner c an get them a scroll of plane shift the next day, or one of gate right away. They decide to get both. [17:16] <norse_grp> Grey casts a sending to Zim, and determines he is somewhere with two suns, with orc peasants. [17:17] <norse_grp> Leo uses his power, and finds there is a book in the Serraine library about that place.
[17:17] <norse_grp> The party finds the treasure room, and investigates it. [17:20] <norse_grp> They find piules of treasure, several magical items and a magical sword.
[19:42] <norse_grp> They rest a day, get the scrolls, and Lani learns planeshift.
[19:43] <norse_grp> From the book (A traveler's tales) they learn of the twin plane, which has two suns, and where orcs rule. [19:43] <norse_grp> Humans there are nasty folk. [19:43] <norse_grp> The remaining party (Lani, Grey and Safranna) planeshift to Zim's plane. They then scry apon Zim, and teleport to him. [19:44] <norse_grp> Zim meanwhile has spoken with the local villagers, and learnt of a murder. He says he will investigate. [19:44] <norse_grp> The party turns up, and helps the orc cleric (Greddan) with his investigations.
[19:46] <norse_grp> Lani casts past life on the deceased (Ritter, a fisherman).

[20:20] <norse_grp> This person is called Drabat Finch. He is a fisherman. [20:21] <norse_grp> Drabat is muscular, even for an orc. [20:22] <norse_grp> The party catches that he knows of multiple murders - although the new bodies were just discovered. [20:37] <norse_grp> Drabat Finch attacks Zim with as poisoned, rune covered dagger. Lani holds him with hold person. He then spits out a fireball which explodes, killing himself and setting the house on fire. [20:53] <norse_grp> The party questions various people [21:49] <norse_grp> They R+R, then go up to a nearby spellcasters fortress [22:15] <norse_grp> There is a violet light coming over the wall [22:16] <norse_grp> The party arrives to find many of the people there doing laps and swimming in mud
[22:16] <norse_grp> there is one spellcaster covered in protections [22:16] <norse_grp> Lani is attacked by her. [22:16] <norse_grp> Zim drops a mind fog, then Lani drops a feeblemind on her.
[22:17] <norse_grp> Lani flies down with an anti-magic field to her, and they engage in a fist fight.
[22:17] <norse_grp> Lani and Zim join the battle, Zim dropping on the back of her head.
[22:18] <norse_grp> Lani tries to strangle her, she pulls Lani's hair out [22:18] <norse_grp> They beat her unconscious. They leave her inside the anti-magic field
[22:22] <norse_grp> They meet Erepoth, who has magical manacles which prevent spellcasting
[22:32] <norse_grp> Safranna turns back into centaur form, and is given a scroll of /Heal/ to try and use. She flubs it. [22:33] <norse_grp> (Aha! A centaur elf-friend, friend of those nasty backstabbing elven assassin types")
[22:35] <norse_grp> Erepoth tells them of an evil temple, called the Demon gods fane
