• How do multiclass characters work?
  • Multiclass characters work by allocating class slots as they choose, and then purchasing points from which class they choose. Anyone can be multi-class.
• Do high stats give experience bonuses?
  • No. The character already has a bonus.
• How do mage and priests work, given the experience table is the same for all characters?
  • They receive spells at about the same total experience, which may be at different level than in standard PHB. Consult the level comparision table to determine the difference in level, then look at the spell progression tables for mage and priest. You willl see that mages and priests now get spells later in level than they would under the Player's Handbook, which balances the less experience they require.
• Why did you do such a big job, for so little gain?
  • Because we are nutters. :)
